A weaving inspired by and woven around an Apatite gemstone. All of the colors in the weaving are used to naturally enhance and represent the beauty of a real gemstone suspended by wire. The stone is approximately 2 inches long, and is 100% authentic apatite. There is a 14″ metal hoop with a smaller 7″ hoop in the middle. The fibres are a mixture of natural and synthetic and include: Silk, cotton, merino wool, synthetic mohair and velvet.
Some say the apatite gemstone is good for mental clarity and spiritual enlightenment. Perfect for a gemologist or just someone who likes pretty stones juxtaposed with soft fibres.
