Policies

Please allow 2-3 days for order processing; delivery is dependent on shipping method chosen. 


DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped with tracking information. Please understand that once a package has been shipped, transit & delivery times are beyond our control.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All International orders will be shipped via Canada Post. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped.  After your package has shipped, delivery is typically within 10-14 business days; however it can take up to 6 weeks. International mail is affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, long distances, & foreign holidays. Please be patient & understand that international packages may take several weeks to arrive. 

For international orders, please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as we cannot & will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. Please keep in mind that international mail may be held for up to 4 weeks in customs. Depending on the laws & regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance. we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped. 

RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction with your purchase and experience is important to us. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns and we will try to find a solution. Due to the unique nature of this work, I typically do not accept returns or make exchanges. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, & shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.

CUSTOMS

Once details are finalized for custom orders, 50% of the total is due as payment for the commitment of my time and the purchase of materials. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. Regular updates will be provided, with acknowledgement and approval to proceed required at various stages to ensure that the product you have commissioned meets your expectations. I do my best to understand your wishes but if you are not pleased with the final result, only the second half of the payment will be refunded under the circumstances that we are not able to come to an agreement.

Please note that I will not recreate another artist's work without prior approval from that artist. You may provide me with photos for inspiration, but direct copying will not occur.

DEFECTS
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of damages incurred during transit) a refund or exchange is possible. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images & a description of the damage. Before a refund or exchange is possible, the defective product must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging. Because each of  my pieces are 100% handmade, there may be an additional wait time before receiving a replacement while repairs are being made.

Color variation will not be considered an acceptable description for a ‘defective or damaged’ refund or exchange. I take great care to accurately document & describe my work and color variations may occur because your monitor settings may differ.
